| Stack molds, spin stack molds, insert molds and bi-component molds are all available through Nypro. In the Consumer & Electronics GBU, our molds are built for speed...both in terms of optimized cycle time as well as mold build lead time. Many molds are built with modular designs and designed directly in 3D to streamline the development. Pre-production molds are generally built in less than 2 weeks with production molds averaging approximately 4 weeks. Additionally, Nypro maintains tremendous experience in building high volume, long life cycle molds (1-5 million shots). |
